1...2...3...JUMP!
Into a big bunch of pillows.Things are looking up around here. The girls are better, and now we're just trying to get back to a sense of normalcy. MCM has been wearing these pj's a lot...as in, we've been having A LOT of pj days. Getting this child out of pj's is tough lately. She wants to be comfy, and I totally get that. These are her favorite - dogs in Santa hats all over them. They're actually from the boys department at Target. The girls version had kittens, and she's really more of a dog lover, you know.
The Beeb is working a lot. We are SO glad for the weekends when he's home. I'm trying to get motivated to do anything around my house besides cook meals, clean up, and prepare for the next meal. Sometimes all I can do is control the mess - keep it from growing too overwhelming rather than actually cleaning the place from top to bottom. Do you ever get that way? Lucy is waking up every three hours at night (teething? ear infection? who knows.), beginning to feed herself finger foods and LOVING IT and enjoying baths in the big tub with her sister.
So, January, we've almost conquered you. Here's to February...one of my favorite months...when we are looking forward to finding out the gender of KK's baby, having visits from dear friends, the season premiere of LOST, Valentine's day, and last but not least, Step-Sing!

Uh, yes, I know the feeling of trying to keep the mess from getting COMPLETELY overwhelming. Most of the time, I'm failing at it.
Also, Lucy is going to a stunning young lady. Obviously MCM is well on her way but to see it in a baby's face? It's just crazy, but it's there!
Glad the girls are feeling better! It's much more fun that way! :)
